Frequently asked questions
You can use your Health EMI Network Card at any of our 1500+ partner hospitals and cosmetic care centres. You can use this card to convert your healthcare expenses into monthly instalments.
You can use your Health EMI Network Card if you are purchasing medicines or paying bills for hospitals or clinics. Apart from these purchases, you will not be able to use your Health EMI Network Card for shopping.
Your Health EMI Network Card is not a credit card. However, you can use this card to repay medical expenses such as hospital bills, medical bills and lab bills by converting them into EMIs.
You cannot transfer this card to your family member or relatives. However, you can use this card for any of your family members. You can use the Health EMI Network Card to pay hospital/ pharmacy/ clinic bills for yourself and your family members. Hence, you do not need to carry multiple cards.
At present, we do not offer any such facility. However, all your family members can use the same card for their healthcare expenses.
Your Health EMI Network Card can get blocked in line with our credit policy. Several factors determine this, such as:
- If you have a low CIBIL Score
- In case you failed to repay your due EMIs or your EMI get bounced.
- If your payment record is inconsistent.
- If we observe any suspicious or fraudulent activities on your card.
As a quarterly practice, we also review your available card limit and make changes (either increase or decrease) if needed. In case your card is blocked due to any of the above reason, you will receive an SMS on your registered mobile number confirming the same.
If your card is blocked, you can view the reason for this and the criteria to unblock it in a few simple steps:
- Click on the ‘Check your card status’ option below to go to our customer portal – My Account.
- Sign-in with your registered mobile number and date of birth and submit the OTP.
- Select the Health EMI Network Card from the ‘My Relations’ section.
- Find the details, such as the status of your card, reason and criteria to unblock your card if it is blocked.
